NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 5, 2014) - Chrystal Bougon, plus-size advocate and founder of the only lingerie store in the country for curvy women, is joining experts from PLUS Model Magazine, TRUE Model Management, Monif C and The Curvy Fashionista for a panel discussing the future of the plus-size industry at Full Figured Fashion Week next week. The panel will cover topics like the role social media plays and if "plus" is a dirty word.
"I strongly believe that every single person deserves to feel sexy and beautiful," said Chrystal. "Plus-size women deserve a safe, non-judgmental place to shop for lingerie and sexy panties, which is why I founded my store, Curvy Girl Lingerie. But this is just the start."
Chrystal has gone head-to-head in the media with a wide variety of critics, including Maria Kang ("Fit Mom"), advocating that sexy isn't a size and curvy girls can look and dress sexy, too.
As she often tells her customers and Facebook followers, "Your fat body is capable of so much pleasure. Seize the day, Curvy Girls. Enjoy all of the pleasure your fat, thick, plush, curvy body can create NOW. TODAY. Not when you lose 30 pounds."
Chrystal is available for interviews and speaking engagements prior to and following the panel. Find out more about her and Curvy Girl at CurvyGirlInc.com or Facebook.com/CurvyGirlInc.
