MARKHAM, ONTARIO and DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwired - Aug. 5, 2014) - Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX:ESL) announced today it has acquired Jinny Software Limited ("Jinny") from Acotel Group S.p.A. for a purchase price of approximately $19.3 million, subject to certain price adjustments. Jinny's annual revenue for fiscal 2013 was approximately $24.6 million.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Jinny is an end-to-end provider of mobile value added services, rich communications, and diameter signaling management solutions for wireless carriers globally. Jinny's solutions enable customers to run different cellular network technologies simultaneously, and are integrated with leading network equipment providers. Jinny has approximately 190 staff in nine offices throughout the world supporting more than 350 platforms in over 70 countries.
