Reference is made to the announcement on 15 August 2014 regarding a share issue to employees.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 52,489,266.50 divided into 477,175,150 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
