Reference is made to the announcement on 18 September 2014 regarding PARC, a Xerox Company, increasing its shareholding in Thinfilm.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 52,526,083.72 divided into 477,509,852 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
