The issuance of shares and warrants are subject to the approval of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Thin Film Electronics ASA. The EGM will be held Friday 14 November 2014 at 09:00 (CET), at Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Vika in Oslo, Norway.

Shareholders wishing to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to register as described in one of the enclosed attendance forms.
