The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 6 November 2014 to grant a total of 7,595,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to new and existing employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2014 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's annual general meeting on 8 May 2014.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 4.70 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 8 May 2019.
Following the grant, there are 31,477,500 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
