Reference is made to the announcement on 21 October 2014 regarding Ferd AS investing USD 23 million in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm").
Thin Film Electronics ASA held its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") on 14 November 2014. 32.20 percent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
Following the EGM, Thinfilm's share capital is NOK 56,689,583.72 divided into 515,359,852 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
DNB Markets acted as Sole Manager in connection with the transaction.
