Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of shareholder ASAH AS, a company controlled by John Markus Lervik.
Reference is made to the company's announcement on 14 November 2014 regarding the Thinfilm Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") having been held.
As a result of the EGM, the ASAH AS Thinfilm holding of 25,200,000 shares fell below the 5 per cent threshold and now corresponds to 4.89 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
