Holdings in Company
Following a review of shareholdings, the Board of DXS International plc ("the Company") has been informed that Richard Gathercole holds 35,000 ordinary shares in addition to the holding disclosed on 24th November. Mr Gathercole is now beneficially interested in 1,051,667 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.195 per cent of the total shares in issue.
The total number of shares currently in issue is 32,916,416 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
