OSLO, Norway, December 30, 2014 - Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") (OSE: THIN.OL), a leader in the development and commercialization of printed electronics and smart systems, today entered into an agreement with a global leader in functional printing for production and sales of Thinfilm Memory.
Through the agreement, Thinfilm will license its proprietary technology to a key scale-up manufacturer of Thinfilm Memory labels. The licensee will develop its own in-house sales function and go-to-market strategy. Thinfilm will receive a share of revenues based on licensee product sales.
