(NYSE:GLPW) ("Global Power" or "Company") today announced that the Company, as part of the ongoing streamlining efforts, has integrated its four business units into two structured around products and services. The Products business will consist of Auxiliary Products and Electrical Solutions, and the Services business will include Nuclear Services and Energy Services. The Company will further centralize the manufacturing and related functions under one leader.
John Durkee is now President for the combined Global Power Products business. Over the past year, John has successfully led the Auxiliary Products business, expanding the company's aftermarket focus, investing in new products, and restructuring their operations to better serve our customer base.
Ross Marcoot has been named President of Global Power Services. Ross most recently led the global Industrial Air & Gas Technologies business for GE Oil & Gas. Ross's appointment enables us to consolidate our Nuclear Maintenance, Construction and Specialty Services, and Energy Services business units.
Gary McCloskey is now Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Over the past year, Gary has successfully integrated purchasing activities, led LEAN process improvement initiatives and developed operating systems to drive productivity programs in our Products businesses.
