Thinfilm to establish an ADR program


Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") (OSE: THIN.OL), a leader in the development and commercialization of printed electronics and smart systems, announced today that its Board of Directors has decided to establish a Level 1 ADR (American Depositary Receipt) program in the United States, and that the Company today has filed a registration statement (Form F-6) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Bank of New York Mellon has been appointed as the Company's depositary bank for this program.
