Reference is made to the announcement on 2 March 2015 regarding a share issue to employees.
Thin Film Electronics ASA issued 5,787,500 shares on 27 February 2015 to employees who had exercised incentive subscription rights which were granted under the Company's 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Subscription Rights Plans, respectively. The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 57,326,208.72 divided into 521,147,352 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
