Associa Mid-Atlantic Announces Employee Promotions


KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., April 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Mid-Atlantic recently made some major promotions from within the company. Paula Santangelo, Meg Kitchin and Patti Baker have all been named vice presidents and Martin Hunt takes on a regional director role.

"Our executive team has truly taken shape in the past few months since Associa Mid-Atlantic was created by the unification of two former Associa branches," says Associa Mid-Atlantic President Nancy Hastings. Paula Santangelo, CMCA, AMS, PCAM®, Vice President of Management & Client Services for Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey - Santangelo started in the industry in 1989 and joined Associa Mid-Atlantic in 1998 providing oversight to many clients and staff programs. She is now responsible for the staff and client operations of the entire community management team. Santangelo oversees the management programs for several large on-site clients and in addition, she leads the five regional directors and serves clients and homeowners with a history of efficiency and results to the job.    

Meg Kitchin, AMS, CMCA, PCAM®,  Vice President of Operations, Education & Training for Pennsylvania and Delaware - Kitchin joined Associa Mid-Atlantic as a community manager in 1988 starting as an on-site manager in the Yardley office, earning a high reputation for service and professional practice. This led to her promotion to regional director. She will continue to provide regional director oversight to the Langhorne region and shift some of her focus to expanding staff education and operational guidance to the branch.

Patti Baker, Vice President of Finance - Baker has served in various roles in the accounting department, most recently as a chief financial officer. As a certified fraud examiner, she has worked on many processes and changes to better serve the clients at Associa Mid-Atlantic  

Martin Hunt, CMCA®, AMS, Regional Director - Hunt joined the Associa Mid-Atlantic team in 2007 with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate field. As an on-site general manager, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the community including the day-to-day operations, budgeting, finance, administration, maintenance and personnel.
