Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 7 May 2015. 26.79 per cent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
Following the AGM, Thinfilm's share capital is NOK 57,326,208.72 divided into 521,147,352 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
