Reference is made to the announcement on 8 May 2015 regarding a share issue in relation with the 2014 Board remuneration.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 57,333,672.44 divided into 521,215,204 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
