The group will be led by Jacob Eisen who will serve as Managing Director.

Mr. Eisen has nearly 15 years of diversified banking and financial services experience. Most recently, he served as Head of Capital Markets for Ambassador Financial Group, a boutique investment bank serving banks & thrifts nationally. Previously, Mr. Eisen served as Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Practice at Headwaters MB, a middle-market investment bank, and as President of an investor relations firm he co-founded to serve the banking industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eisen was a partner at a financial technology company and managed much of the company’s operations and business development efforts. Mr. Eisen earned a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University in Chicago. He is an Eagle Scout and Lifetime Member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
