Reference is made to the announcement on 19 June 2015 regarding leading US funds having invested USD 22 million in Thinfilm.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 61,077,484.27 divided into 555,249,857 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
