The annual event is put on by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Associa New York will be taking part in the mass hot-air balloon launches planned for Friday night July 10 and Saturday Night July 11 at 6 p.m. on the banks of the Hudson River from the area just south of Shadows on the Hudson in Poughkeepsie.
