WildTangent promotes Sean Vanderdasson to Chief Revenue Officer

Newly created position to oversee revenue generation across WildTangent


REDMOND, Wash., July 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WildTangent, the leading global app distribution and monetization technology company, today announced the promotion of Sean Vanderdasson to Chief Revenue Officer. In the newly created role, Vanderdasson will oversee all revenue-generating products and services at WildTangent including teams supporting its app distribution, entertainment services and app development studios.

Vanderdasson joined WildTangent in 2004 and most recently served as Senior Vice President where he led the company's app services, business development and marketing teams. In his new role, Vanderdasson will spearhead global expansion of Application Management Platform (AMP), WildTangent's app distribution and monetization platform that provides opportunities for device manufacturers, mobile operators and app developers.

Vanderdasson has almost two decades of experience in online monetization. He is an inductee to the Smithsonian Institute's Museum of American History for his online business accomplishments. He holds an MBA degree with honors from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance law from Portland State University.
