Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 23 June 2015; "Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 14 July 2015". Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") on 14 July 2015. 29.2 per cent of the shares were represented.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
