MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug. 5, 2015) - ZoomMed Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZMD) (the "Corporation" or "ZoomMed") - The Corporation announces the resignation of Mr. André Marmet as director of the Corporation, effective immediately. Mr. André Marmet was serving on the Board of Directors since the incorporation of the Corporation in 2005. The Corporation and the Board of Directors thank Mr. André Marmet for his his contribution during the past ten years, both by his leadership and his valuable advice. Mr. André Marmet will continue his functions as Vice-President Corporate Business.
