Gaffney will assume her role immediately in preparation for Q &A's opening in Fall 2015 at the iconic 70 Pine in Manhattan's Financial District.
Gaffney joins the Q &A team with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including sales, revenue, and financial management as well as operations and guest satisfaction. She most recently served as business development manager for Choice Hotels in New York, and prior to that was general manager and director of sales at The Verb Hotel in Boston, responsible for all sales and operations. Gaffney has additionally held sales management roles at the Hyatt Place Midtown, Holiday Inn Midtown, and The Gotham Hotel in Manhattan; and Crescent Hotels and Resorts, where she was named Director of Sales of the Year.

Q &A at 70 Pine will comprise four floors of the historic Art Deco skyscraper in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations.
