Poore is the Founder and President of Integrated Loyalty Systems, Inc., where he and his team help organizations, such as Kaiser Permanente, Cigna Medical Group, and Southwest Airlines achieve their goals of designing and executing cultural blueprints, defining companies' service strategies, and mapping out the ideal customer and employee experiences. Poore is also a faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he teaches courses on the chief experience officer and patient experiences.
Motivational speaker, best-selling author, and Dancing With the Stars alum, J.R. Martinez, will close the conference on Tuesday. Injured while serving in Iraq, the U.S. Army veteran now shares his stories of overcoming adversity with others. He's appeared on television shows including Oprah, 60 Minutes, and The View and is author of Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength, and Spirit.
