Bradley comes to Associa with extensive and diverse association management experience. Most recently, he was the senior vice president and director of association banking for State Bank & Trust in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to his senior VP position in Atlanta, Bradley managed the North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia operations for BB &T Association Services. He also formerly owned an association management firm and worked as a land-use planner.
Bradley attended graduate school at Saint Leo University and The University of Georgia. He has served as adjunct professor and is regularly sought out as a public speaker for his applications of behavioral economics in the association management business. He is a licensed community association manager in the state of Florida and is active in the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
