Videotron wins or shares first place in every category

BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RootMetrics®, the standard for independent mobile network performance information, is out with its latest results from Montreal, and Videotron and Rogers led the way in overall performance.
