Payne as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Payne will lead Clinical Ink's financial operations, accounting, risk management and business planning. He will report directly to Clinical Ink CEO, Ed Seguine.
Payne joins Clinical Ink from CRF Health, where he helped lead the company through a rapid growth phase as CFO. During his tenure, CRF Health grew significantly and was named to the Deloitte Fast 500 list three years in a row. Payne also helped with the successful sale of the company to Vitruvian Partners in January 2015. Payne brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, mergers and acquisitions, along with a solid understanding of the life sciences industry.

Prior to TRANZACT, he was co-founder and CFO of The Credo Group, where he handled all accounting, finance, human resources, legal and administration.
