SOGECLAIR Q3 2015: GROWTH OF THE GROUP CONSOLIDATED REVENUE (+13.4%)
The international activities compensate the decrease of the French based revenue
Blagnac, France, and Montreal, Canada, November 4, 2015- SOGECLAIR (NYSE Euronext: SOG), the provider of high added-value innovative solutions and products for the aerospace and transportation markets, announces today its revenue for the 3rd quarter ended September 30, 2015.
The Group consolidated revenue over the first nine months of the year therefore is 94.1 million euros, compared to 81.1 million euros for the same period 2014.
The consolidated revenue per area over the 3rd quarter 2015, splits as follows:

A diversification strategy
Initiated at the end of 2014 with the Canadian acquisition, the Group diversification of its international business has increased over the 1st semester 2015, as announced in the company press release dated September 16, 2015, as well as over this 3rd quarter 2015.
This showed with the Group international revenue growth that went up from 9 million euros over the 3rd quarter 2014 to 16 million euros over the third quarter 2015. It amounts to an increase of the revenue generated outside France of nearly 16% at constant scope (not taking into account the Canadian subsidiary) and of nearly 75% if taking into account the Canadian subsidiary revenue.
This international revenue progression that amounts for this 3rd quarter, to more than 50% of the consolidated revenue, enables the Group to generate the growth that was expected for the year 2015. Specifically, it enables the Group to compensate for the strong decrease of new aerospace programs that now only amount to less than a third of the quarter consolidated revenue.
Within the global SOGECLAIR strategy of expertise and experience enhancement and promotion, this progression that prepares for the Group's future, should be complemented by the reinforcement of SOGECLAIR activities portfolio, as well as an increase of its products range.
