Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 19 February 2016: "Woodford Investment Management Invests USD 42 million in Thin Film Electronics ASA". The issuance of shares and warrants are subject to the approval of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Thin Film Electronics ASA. The EGM will be held Wednesday 16 March 2016 at 09:00 (CET), at Thon Vika Atrium Conference Center, Munkedamsveien 45 in Oslo, Norway.
