Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP Announces Launch of Public Offering of Series A Preferred Units


EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (Nasdaq:LMRK) (the “Partnership”) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (“Series A Preferred Units”). The Partnership intends to grant the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase additional Series A Preferred Units.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, including any proceeds from any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional Series A Preferred Units, to repay indebtedness.
