Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm" or the "Company") on 16 March 2016 when an Extraordinary General Meeting in the Company resolved a private placement of 120,000,000 new shares and issue of 40,000,000 warrants in the Company, to funds managed by Woodford Investment Management LLP.
The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 74,383,359.27 divided into 676,212,357 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
