Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 10 May 2016.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the notice of the meeting. Rune Sundvall was elected to join the Nomination Committee, replacing John Markus Lervik.
