Refresco Gerber's Annual General Meeting adopts all resolutions


Refresco Gerber N.V. (Euronext: RFRG) announced today that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) has approved all resolutions on the agenda of the AGM, including:

  • Adoption of the Annual Accounts for the financial year 2015.
  • Adoption of the 2015 dividend distribution proposal.
  • Appointment of Mrs. Inge Plochaet as a member of the Supervisory Board.
  • Change of the company name into Refresco Group N.V.

The name change into Refresco Group N.V. will become effective as per 13 May 2016 close of business.

With respect to the adoption of dividend distribution proposal, the timetable in relation to the dividend distribution will be as follows:
Ex-dividend date: 16 May 2016
Record date: 17 May 2016
Payment date: 8 June 2016

With the consent of Refresco Gerber, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is offering a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") to holders of ordinary shares who hold their shares through Euroclear Nederland, whereby those shareholders have the opportunity to reinvest their dividend (less applicable tax, commissions and expenses) in Refresco Gerber's ordinary shares.
