Castellum postpones the publication of its Interim Report January–June 2016


The company has today announced the completion of its acquisition of Norrporten
AB (publ) and its resolution to issue shares with payment in kind and transfer
of repurchased shares. As a result thereof, the company postpones its
publication of its Interim Report January–June 2016 to July 15, 2016.

Castellum AB (publ) publishes this information in compliance with the Swedish
