Gross Management AS has bought 2.493.995 shares in Spectrum ASA from Corona Maritime Holding AS. The internal transfer of Spectrum shares was done at NOK 41 per share.
After the transaction Gross Management AS will own 2.493.995 shares in Spectrum ASA equivalent to 4,67% of the total outstanding number of shares. Corona Maritime Holding AS will not own any shares in Spectrum ASA after the internal transfer.
Both Gross Management AS and Corona Maritime Holding are 100% owned/controlled by Glen Ole Rødland. Mr. Rødland is a board member in Spectrum and a primary insider.
