US Gold Corp Regains Compliance With NASDAQ Listing Requirements


ELKO, Nev., June 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On June 9, 2017, US Gold Corp (NASDAQ:DRAM) received formal notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") that it has cured its deficiencies and regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the “Rule”) which requires a minimum of $2,500,000 in stockholders’ equity.  The Company will continue to be listed on NASDAQ and the listing qualification matters previously disclosed by the Company have been closed.   

The Company was previously notified by NASDAQ on March 21, 2017 that it was not in compliance with the Rule. The Company regained compliance with the Rule upon the consummation of its merger with US Gold Corp. on May 23, 2017.
