Cegereal recognized by GRESB for the third year running

Cegereal has taken second place in the 2017 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) ranking in the "listed office property companies in Europe" category.

Named "Sector Leader" in 2016, Cegereal is positioned in the top 3 for the third year running. It has again improved its CSR performance, with a score of 90/100, comfortably outstripping the sector average of 73/100, even with the panel of participating companies tripling in number.

GRESB is a recognized index that analyzes the environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and policies of real estate companies. With a total of 850 companies analyzed in 2017 (covering 77,000 assets across 62 countries), GRESB has established itself as an international reference in ESG performance assessment for the real estate industry.
