CEGEREAL LETS ALL REMAINING SPACE AT THE HANAMI CAMPUS

Axens, an IFP Energies nouvelles subsidiary that already occupies 15,800 sq.m of space in the Hanami complex, has signed a six-year fixed-term lease for an additional 2,900-sq.m property, the eighth and last of the campus buildings.

The campus's 32,500 sq.m of offices, located in Rueil-Malmaison, France, has now been fully let.

Cegereal was advised on the transaction by Linklaters and Taj.
