The strength of Aeromexico’s network and their partnership with Delta Air Lines is a welcome offering for our travelers”.

“Oregon’s place in the global economy depends on strong global connections that allow Oregon businesses and residents the fullest possible access to international travel for commerce and pleasure,” said Sen. Ron Wyden, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee. ”I am gratified to have worked successfully with federal officials and the Port of Portland to build our state’s global links on the compromise that is landing this Aeromexico flight at Portland International Airport”.

“Direct access to key, international markets opens opportunities for new investments in Oregon and helps to build on our thriving statewide economy”, Governor Kate Brown said. “I appreciate the work of our federal delegation and Port of Portland to expand Oregon’s connections to Latin America as we continue to build strong ties with the global economy”.

Thus, Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines restate their commitment to offering high quality service to more destinations in Mexico and the United States.
