On April 1, 2018, the New York Times reported the Justice Department is investigating serious accusations against Live Nation Entertainment.  A chief competitor reportedly has accused the Company with violating an agreement aimed to prevent the Company and Ticketmaster from monopolizing the market for musical performances.

This news drove the price of Live Nation Entertainment shares down $3.87, or about 10%, to close at $38.17 on April 2, 2018.
