SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Three civic-minded agents from Zephyr Real Estate’s Marin Regional office are lending their support to Greenbrae’s Picnic in the Park on Saturday, September 29, 4-7 pm. The event is hosted by the Greenbrae Property Owners Association and organized by Andrew Roth, Greg Ulin and Holly Welch of Zephyr.
The festivities will take place at the Greenbrae School Park, 1 Parkside Way, and will include live music, a jumpy house, games and entertainment with food and drink available for purchase from El Huarache Loco (meals range from $7 to $13). Kentfield Schools Foundation will sell soft drinks to raise money for local schools; Kent Middle School Graduation Committee will sell desserts to raise money for their 8th-grade graduation.
The esteemed Coach Shafer, Bacich Elementary School PE teacher, will be on hand with his infamous Shafer Games along with 3-on-3 basketball, and the Michael LaMacchia Band will provide lively musical accompaniment for the celebration. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and NRG ENERGY will also be on site to share their tips for emergency preparedness.
All Greenbrae residents are invited and encouraged to come meet their neighbors and celebrate Greenbrae neighborhood pride. Visitors should bring chairs or blankets.
