EarthRenew Announces Resignation of Director


TORONTO, Nov. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EarthRenew Inc. (“EarthRenew” or the “Company”) (CSE: ERTH) announces the resignation of Mr. David Argyle from its board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Argyle has tendered his resignation from the EarthRenew board as he intends to focus on his other endeavours. The management and board of directors of EarthRenew would like to thank Mr. Argyle for his service and the insight he has provided to the Company and wish him well in the future.

EarthRenew is a low-cost sustainable power-generation company with a patented production process that converts livestock waste to nutrient-rich, slow-release pelleted organic fertilizer.
