Extension of LOI with large faucet manufacturer with international sales
The importance to the investors in Waturu Holding A/S
As stated in Waturu's company description, as well as in company announcement no. 22, an LOI (letter of intent, cooperation agreement) has been entered into with a large Nordic faucet manufacturer. Due to production delays, the expiry of the agreement has been extended until 5.01.2021, where a definitive agreement on distribution of one or more of Waturu's OEM products is expected.
Content of the agreement
The agreement was signed with a large Nordic faucet manufacturer, which distributes faucets and bath systems internationally. In addition, the contracting partner deals with solutions for minimizing bacteria in hot water as well as water and energy saving products and information solutions for collecting consumption data.
The faucet manufacturer want to utilize the Waturu technology to launch new products through their international sales network.
The agreement partner is offered exclusivity on the following products:
1) A product that can boil water decentralized at a faucet and without the use of tank or existing heater technology.
2) A product, which is installed centrally in the building or decentralized at the faucet, and which can minimize bacteria in hot water, such as Legionella.
