Shoppers can find a large number of deals on the Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPhone cell phone, iPad tablet, MacBook, Mac mini, and AirPods during Prime Day. The September 2020 Apple Event saw the release of two new Apple Watch models: the flagship Apple Watch Series 6 and the Apple Watch SE. Fitted with a new ECG sensor, the Apple Watch Series 6 can provide a lot more health metrics than the older Watch 5. Its Always-On Retina display is also brighter than its predecessor’s. Meanwhile, the Apple Watch SE is the better option for users who don’t need an advanced set of sensors and want to save a little.
Apple also added two new iPad models to its line of tablets: the iPad Air (10.9-inch) and the eighth generation iPad (10.2-inch). Back in March 2020, Apple also released a new generation of its iPad Pro line. With the latest iPadOS, the new iPad generations are designed to work seamlessly with Apple’s Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil. Other Apple devices that were released in the spring of 2020 are the iPhone SE, 13-inch MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and the Mac mini. Whether Apple will release an iPhone 12 this year remains to be confirmed.
Among other popular Apple products include the AirPods (2nd gen), AirPods Pro, and Apple TV. This year, a new tvOS14 that runs on the 5th and 4th generation Apple TVs was also announced. Last year’s Prime Day sale was the largest shopping event in Amazon’s history, with more than one million deals exclusively for Prime members.
