Euronext announces the cancellation of repurchased shares

Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris – 30 July 2024 – Euronext, the leading pan-European market infrastructure, today announced the cancellation of 2,870,787 ordinary shares following completion of its €200 million share repurchase programme on 3 January 2024. The cancellation of the ordinary shares is in line with the intention to reduce capital as stated in the announcement of the share repurchase programme on 27 July 2023 and was approved by the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Euronext N.V. on 15 May 2024.

Following the cancellation, Euronext’s issued share capital now amounts to €166,776,811.20 and is divided into 104,235,507 ordinary shares.
