Implement A/S was founded in 1996 and has an annual turnover of approximately
DKK 45 million. The profit for 1999/2000 (split financial year) is expected to be
DKK 7 million. The company specializes in change processes and offers strategic counselling within competence areas such as project management, change management, logistics and Customer RelationsManagement (CRM).
'Implement is an extremely highly skilled company with a process-oriented focus. Key persons within the company have published several books and articles about logistics and project management. The company will add value to our projects and to our customers,' says Martin Hauge, Chairman of the Board of Information Highway in Denmark.

Information Highway will give us access to projects and customers that enable continued strong growth in new sectors and market segments. At the end of 1999, Information Highway acquired the Danish Internet company ELK, with 27 employees. Information Highway in Copenhagen has today approximately 40 employees. Information Highway also has 30 employees working in Malmö and 40 in Helsingborg. By acquiring Implement A/S, Information Highway now has a total of over 80 employees in Denmark and just over 150 in the Öresund region, including the offices in Malmö and Helsingborg.
Information Highway/Connecta - the largest Internet consultant company in Denmark and the Öresund region
Connecta AB and Information Highway AB are planning a merger, which will make them Europe's largest Internet consultant company with 1,200 employees. Connecta announced today that a final agreement has been signed for the acquisition of Albatros Network A/S with 60 employees in Århus and Copenhagen. In total, Information Highway/Connecta will have over 210 employees in the Öresund region (Malmö-Helsingborg-Copenhagen-Århus), of which just over 140 are employed in Denmark. This makes Information Highway/Connecta the largest Internet consultant company in Denmark and the Öresund region.

We can see enormous growth potential through this acquisition and we now have the ability and capacity to carry out comprehensive and business-critical system solutions for our customers on either side of the Sound,' says Göran Wågström.
The purchase money will be paid in cash and 70 per cent newly issued Information Highway shares after customary due diligence. The final agreement is expected to be signed within two weeks.
