The OM Stockholm Exchange has approved the company’s application for a delisting of the company’s share from the OM Stockholm Exchange. The last trading date of the share on the OM Stockholm Exchange will be May 31, 2000.
The delisting of the share from the OM Stockholm Exchange concentrates all trading in the company’s share to the Helsinki Exchanges, resulting in a higher trading liquidity in the share and lower administrative costs for the company. These measures are expected to strengthen the value and positive development of the share price.
The company will contact each shareholder affected by the delisting regarding the registration of their shareholdings.
