Due to unfounded information in the media, Amer Group announces that the insider dealings in Suunto Oyj's shares investigated by the Police at the request of the Financial Supervision Authority in Finland, are in no way connected with Amer Group. The Financial Supervision has confirmed that the suspected transactions are made by Suunto's insiders last fall before Amer Group became Suunto's shareholder.
