BullTrade.com Special Members Capitalize on Strong January Performance

SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 5, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Whether it is an up or down market, BullTrade.com's (http://www.bulltrade.com) special membership continues to provide substantial gains. After an extraordinary 1999 in which single trades returned gains as high as 400%, this past January continued the profitable pace.

After a buy recommendation was made in December for Medimmune (Nasdaq:MEDI) at $125, BullTrade.com advised its special members to hold on to the stock in early January. BullTrade.com felt the positive momentum combined with the upcoming earnings could propel the stock towards $200. By the end of January, Medimmune eclipsed $180 several times and hit the $200 mark by mid-February.

In early January, BullTrade.com recommended buying En Pointe (Nasdaq:ENPT) around $30 due to possible good news as well as a split announcement if the stock started to run. Within days, the stock traded over $40 allowing for a quick gain of over 30%.

Later in January, BullTrade.com recommended buying Webb Interactive (Nasdaq:WEBB) under $31. The recommendation was made due to a possible split announcement as well as new price target of $75. Shortly after, the stock traded as high as $50 allowing for a 66% gain.

Also in January, BullTrade.com recommended buying Vignette Corp. (Nasdaq:VIGN) at $200 because BullTrade.com expected very good earnings numbers as well as a possible stock split. As expected, the earnings pleased the markets and over the next few days, Vignette traded as high as $250 allowing for a quick 25% gain.

Late in January, BullTrade.com recommended buying Broadvision (Nasdaq:BVSN) ahead of its earnings. Special members were told of a possible stock split, which occurred later in the quarter, as well as earnings per share that would beat the street estimates. Members were able to buy Broadvision at $50 ($150 pre-split) and were told that it could easily trade over $70 per share in the short-term. In the coming weeks, Broadvision traded over $90, allowing those who held the stock to make as much as 85%.
