It is with deep regret that the Board of Directors has received and accepted Mr Jens Due Olsen's resignation from the post of Group Chief Financial Officer. After some consideration, Jens Due Olsen has decided to seek new challenges outside the FLS Group and, having finished his present work for the Group, he will take up the position of CFO and member of the Management of Aston IT Group.
The Board of Directors has agreed with Jens Due Olsen that he will leave the Group in a couple of months' time once he has finished some important assignments - including the finalising of the ongoing strategy process and the revision and tightening of Group reporting and control procedures.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation of Jens Due Olsen's significant and dedicated efforts and wishes him the best of luck in his future assignments.
